Learn to Pause Mindfulness Training

Learn to Pause℠ Mindfulness Training is a 4-hour course that introduces the concepts of meditation and mindfulness to First Responders. Attendees learn the evidence-based benefits of meditation and mindfulness, and discover how to use these powerful tools to mitigate stress, regulate emotions, and improve overall health.

Instructor Kim Colegrove is a veteran meditator with over 40 years of experience. She is the creator of  PAUSE15 Meditation℠ and Learn to Pause℠ Mindfulness Training, and is the founder of The PauseFirst Project. Colegrove’s expertise in meditation has benefited individuals and corporations across the country.
